Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Pricing or typographical errors

  • Fraud prevention concerns

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

8. Warranty

10. Installation & Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that Products are installed:

  • by qualified professionals

  • in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

  • in compliance with local building codes and regulations

Improper installation may void warranties and cause product malfunction. BathLogicPro is not responsible for installation‑related issues.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, and product information—is the property of BathLogicPro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
