Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Once processed, orders ship directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
Shipping Methods Products may ship via standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) or LTL freight carriers depending on size and weight.

Inside delivery or white‑glove service is not included unless purchased separately.
Transit Times Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or supply chain conditions.
Freight Delivery & Inspection Policy
Because many products ship via freight, customers must follow the inspection requirements below to maintain eligibility for replacement or claims.
Inspection at Delivery Customers must:

Inspect the outer packaging for visible damage

Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing

Refuse delivery if the product appears significantly damaged
Signing without notation indicates acceptance of the shipment in good condition.
Concealed Damage If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, customers must notify BathLogicPro within 48 hours. Notification must include:

Photos of the damage

Photos of the packaging

Photos of the shipping label

Order number and description of the issue
Failure to report concealed damage within the required timeframe may void eligibility for replacement.
Shipping Charges Standard shipping is provided at no additional cost unless otherwise stated. Optional delivery upgrades may incur additional fees.
Order Tracking Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status and coordinating delivery appointments when required.
