Refund policy

 

BathLogicPro adheres to the return policies of each manufacturer. Due to the nature of high‑value bathroom fixtures, returns are subject to strict conditions.

Eligibility for Return A product may be eligible for return if:

  • It is unused, uninstalled, and in original, unopened packaging

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The manufacturer authorizes the return

  • The customer pays return freight shipping

  • The customer accepts any applicable restocking fee (typically 15–25%)

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Installed or used products

  • Opened packaging

  • Custom or special‑order items

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

Cancellations Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, the order is subject to the return policy above.

Refunds Refunds are issued after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by the manufacturer or warehouse. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.
